Questions
How does it work?
You answer a few questions about your child. We write a brand-new story with them as the hero and draw a character design of them. In a few minutes you see the hero, the cover and the first three pages for free. If you like it, you pay and we paint the rest of the book, usually in 2 to 4 minutes.
Do I need a photo?
No. Describe them in a few taps (skin tone, hair, eyes, glasses), or add one photo to help us match their look. Photos are deleted within 7 days and never used for anything else.
Is it made with AI?
Yes. The story is written and the pictures are drawn with AI, then checked automatically for reading level, safety and a consistent hero. You see the preview before you pay.
What if the hero doesn't look right?
Don't pay for that one. Start a new free preview and change the details (hair, skin tone, glasses), or add a clearer photo of just your child. Each preview draws the hero again.
What if something in the book looks wrong?
Email us within 14 days with your order number and the page. We'll fix the picture or refund you. See our refund policy.
What ages is it for?
0 to 12. The words are written for the age you enter, and you can ask for a rhyming story up to age 6.
Can I use characters from TV shows?
We can't use licensed characters, brands or famous people, so we turn them into originals: a love of rescue-puppy cartoons becomes a team of brave rescue puppies.
Will Mom and Dad be in the pictures?
We only draw your child and the companions you describe, so nobody ends up looking wrong. Family can still be part of the story in words, and in your dedication.
Can I get a printed book?
Not yet: printed softcover and hardcover books are coming soon. The PDF prints well at home on 8.5 x 8.5 in (or letter) paper.
How long can I download my book?
Your download links work for about 2 months after delivery, so please save the PDF. Lost your links? Use "Email me my links" at the bottom of any page.
Is my child's information safe?
We use it only to make the book. Photos are deleted within 7 days and unpaid previews after 7 days. We never sell your data or use it to train AI. See our privacy policy.
